HIGH COMPLIANCE
Compliance Program
Our compliance program is a chamber's set of internal policies and procedures put into place in order to comply with laws, rules, and regulations and to uphold the members reputation. The compliance program examines the rules set forth by government bodies and the institution, to enforces adherence to the high credibility.
The first stage of the program consists of carrying out a diagnosis of the new member. Requesting some supporting information. Demonstration of knowledge of Anti-Corruption Law and understanding of Law General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or (LGPD).
Team designated to carry out the program with the new member. Based on the analysis, guidance will be given on the rules that must be followed by all members of the chamber.
Introduction of the Chamber's Code of Ethics (compliance sector, rules for internal relationships between members and external relationships such as authorities, employees and public agents), rules on conflicts of interest, information on preventing corruption, among others.
Guidance on the tool developed that works as a mechanism for receiving information about irregularities committed in the chamber and disciplinary measures as established in the Code of Ethics.
